Nigel focuses on helping businesses improve their rebid retention rates and winning their rebids. He brings 18 years experience in the outsourcing field in both operational and business development roles. This has given him practical insight into the requirements of running portfolios of contracts effectively, how to win and retain business through bid and rebids as well as implementing new processes and cultures into a business and making them work successfully. He started his career in marketing before joining Serco where over 13 years he developed and trained teams in their best practice processes for bidding and rebidding, worked as a director on the board of a £250m division, and was later Managing Director of one of Serco’s businesses. Since then he has had roles as a Managing Director and Business Development Director in companies including Reliance and Capita.
