| Government responds to NHS Future Forum |
Following the Government response to the NHS Future Forum, we thought it might be an idea to keep you informed of its key themes to ensure you can see the likely direction of travel. Our overall assessment is that whilst things are being phased and slowed down and changes made to reflect the 'listening process' - the reform continues to move on around its core areas. Opposite you will find a full version of the attached reponses by Government to the NHS Futures Forum and through this link you will find our newsletter detailing the section titled 'Choice and Competition'. Please feel free to call one of our team on 01225 731430 should you wish to discuss it or require further information.

With competition increasing for contracts in the Public Sector and with the reforms making 'rogue spending' a thing of the past, it is key to remember the core principles of successful bidding - something that starts way before the virtual pen is put to paper. In our latest newsletter - The three stages of Bid Management - do you know them? - we hope this serves as a reminder of some of the key things to remember.
| HEALTH & CARE EXPERIENCE |
March 2011
There remains a clear and implicit directive by the Government to increase patient choice by driving up competition to deliver innovative services and pathways. This competitive arena will need a more rigourous approach to delivering bids and crucially, understanding the Commissioners in this changing market to ensure success. Are you equipped to win these bids as they start to unfold?
At 7House, our team are well placed to support you in this area given our extensive experience. Please see the attached PDF (opposite) and 'Our Team' section of this website to demonstrate this proven set of skills in supporting the private sector to win work within the NHS and more widely in the public sector.
For an initial discussion please contact John Hawley on 07827 975 522 or Craig Millhouse on 07789 753 714.
