Given the nature of the bidding process, a significant amount of our work is around gaining access for our private sector clients in to the public sector. This range of activity includes:
- Scoping the service and/ or products seeking to be sold in to the market i.e. Is it viable? Is there another more profitable route?
- Researching the public sector frameworks to verify which one is the most appropriate
- Defining associated bid management costs
- Assessing the route to bidding i.e. direct; partnering; consortia
- Matching the most suited internal team to the bid
- When necessary, leading and project managing the bid team
- Positioning the messages of the brand and service delivery to meet the evaluator's requirement
- Sense checking and quality assuring bids on a 'one off' or retained basis
- We have over 30 years experience of bidding in to the public sector dealing with projects from £1m to £500m.
