Craig Millhouse

Craig is the founding member and Managing Director of 7House. With over 12 years of business development experience within the professional and service based arenas, he is uniquely placed to provide incisive guidance on how to develop new business and exploit existing business in a consultative, yet hands-on, manner. Starting his career on the rugby pitch with Northampton Saints, he transitioned in to the legal world with Osborne Clarke and then Morgan Cole, moving then in to resourcing, with Select plc, where he headed both their Managed Service Division and National Sales teams before moving to Tribal plc. As Business Development Director for their Resourcing Division, Craig was responsible for winning and developing contracts and relationships with clients within the public sector at a senior level. He is a Chartered Marketer as well as a member of the IoD and various networking forums.

 

John Hawley

Caroline Alexander

Caroline is a highly experienced management consultant and project manager, specialising over the past nine years in planning, managing and delivering capital investment projects, to deliver transformational change in healthcare services and improve performance and efficiency.
Following a general management career in the NHS Caroline moved into consultancy in the pharmaceutical sector working to develop strategic NHS relationships, identify market opportunities and align product launches with Strategic Health Authority and PCT priorities.
She has subsequently worked as a consultant across NHS acute, primary care and community health services, with private healthcare providers and the Department of Health.

 

Martin Land

Rebecca has undertaken a range of projects requiring her clinical and service improvement experience.

John Cable

Progression to his first fully commercial sales role put him in charge for a £110 million customer base with AB Electronics Plc. In his next business role he established the commercial, sales and engineering capability for a green field Taiwanese start up in the UK. Broadening his knowledge with a CIM Diploma and a masters Degree in Marketing enabled him to move to a more strategic level where he established and ran the successful Internationalisation of SME’s programme for the Welsh Development Agency. Over the past 10 years John has worked as a specialist business consultant providing strategic and tactical support to organisations ranging from SME's to international companies.

Antony Watson

Adam Hoyle

Adam joins 7House as an Associate from a role as Group Strategy Director at Supporta plc, a leading national provider of outsourced professional consultancy and IT services to the public and private sector. Prior to this he was the Group Business Development Director at Tribal plc and Hyder Business Services Group Ltd. He has held various in-house accountancy roles, giving him a strong experience in the practical, financial elements of strategy and development.

 

Claire Wilson

Claire has worked in Finance for a period of 20 years and joined 7House in December 2009. Her background in finance has been achieved through working with various blue chip companies in Bristol and the South West such as Direct Line and DAS Legal expenses.

Having had a short break with her family, Claire returned to work to take control of the finances at 7House and has continued to develop the finance strategy that continues to give a firm foundation for the business.

 

Nadia Badman

Nadia Badman | Skill type: Business Adminstrator

Nadia has a wealth of retail & training experience having worked for Specsavers for 5 years a Branch Customer Service Manager & In-store Trainer. Nadia then went on to work for a children’s furniture company where she wrote & published a training manual for the Customer Services team. Nadia moved to their Logistics department, being responsible for the day-to-day running of this as well as being aware of the costs involved. Nadia has just had 9 months off work having had a little boy & joins 7House as a Business Administrator.

 

Tony Buchan

Tony Buchan | Skill type: Business Adminstrator

Tony has considerable experience as an Administrator, Secretary and Receptionist. He spent 18 years with Cuprinol in Frome and then went on to work within the Department of Health for four years. Following this, Tony had a brief spell with Virgin Mobile and then spent 5 years with Chartwell Group Limited before joining 7House in March 2011.

Outside of work, Tony is an active member of Frome Lions Club, as well as holding posts at District level with Lions. When he is not busy doing this, he is a keen swimmer, an avid watcher of Formula 1 and a qualified PADI Scuba Diver.
